My heritage is Metis (May-Tee) and I was raised in a family lineage that fostered a deep and personal belief in God. 

My spiritual mentor was my great Aunt Mariah, who inspired me to take up the Tarot. All my life and well into her 90th year, she read cards and tea leaves for people who traveled from far and near to have a reading with her and experience her wisdom. The fact that she lived in remote wilderness did not stop them from coming and she set no fee and accepted nothing but donations for her services. A devoted wife and mother, she worked hard to raise 13 children and was instrumental in keeping their family farm flourishing. She spoke only French and often needed an interpreter when she read the cards for others. 

I have studied the Tarot for 25 years and have worked in Metaphysical Bookstores and Tea Rooms as a professional Tarot Reader for the past 15 years. 

In recent years, I have served as a Unitarian Universalist Chaplain and community group facilitator. This appointment has given me opportunity and authority to write, compile and perform all Rites of Passage Ceremonies. I am wholly non-sectarian and draw from a rich, cross -cultural perspective that utilizes the inherent wisdom within all the Ancient Spiritual Traditions. 

My background and training as a group facilitator is inspired by Brazilian educator, Paulo Friere, who developed the 'Popular Education Method' to teach literacy to First Nations People in third world countries. The Popular Education Method empowers us to honour and place deep value in our own life experience. It is an experiential process of personal empowerment that lends itself well to any individual or community concerns or issues.

The Tarot Cards have been called the seventy-eight degrees of wisdom because their rich symbolism show us the many problems and upsets that befall us when we don't pay attention to or live our life with purpose. 

This ministry allows me to be continually enlightened and further educated by providing the opportunity to articulate the way out of our foibles, as seen through the Cards. 

I believe that we each teach what we most want to learn, and I am most interested in refining my personal process, for the highest good of all. A picture says a thousand words and in the life of Spirit, we are always at the beginning. When we know better we do better. Reading for you, allows me to grow richer in Spirit and immeasurably blesses me with new insights and threads of knowledge which add colour and texture to my own understanding of Life and the Tarot. 

Working together for positive change, we edge ever closer to the Truth of our Being. Each reading is prayerfully administered and I recognize that I am walking sacred ground when I enter with you, for a short time, into your life & circumstances.

Each reading is 100% confidential and I am non-judgmental and supportive of your personal lifestyle and choices. I deeply believe that you are the expert of your life just as I am the expert of mine. My role is to empower you to pay more attention to the signals in your life and to motivate you to follow your highest purpose and most creative form.
